i really like this game but the controls are really rough and slow while turning. i need to practice the maneuvering in the game but i feel like it could have been alot more optimal. also i wish there was an option to save because having to redo everything when u die is very tedious
saving is a feature in the full game. you can also change the controls a bit but people often get confused with the button-mapping menu so it's all up to you.
i just sarted playing and i literally cant get out of the first room. i got the key but i cant access any inventory to use it? i have no idea what im missing this seems really cool and I WANT TO PLAY IT
Hey, just inquiring about the game, have you considered porting this over to the Atari VCS? I have a developers account with them. Your linux build should work fine on the platform if you are interested in another outlet. I am making my own game for the platform right now. Let me know if this peaks your interest in any way. It's a great demo. Definately going to buy the full game.

The operating system makes it easy to ingest Unity projects. So as long as you enable read, write permissions and Export it as a standard Linux PC package, then the game launches without a problem. through the development side on dashboard, you can encrypt the file to prevent piracy.
Also, to launch the package you have to create a txt file so that way the system knows what to look for and what data to read in order to launch.
Other than that, there's really no complications here. just build a standard Linux PC package in unity and upload.

BUT I LOVED THE GAME! The chases, the 100% accuracy from me (Lies), the puzzles, the details, and all in just a demo. Had a great time, and honestly I am seriously considering buying the full game.
you probably have a bad Mac OS version. Mac isn't great for gaming. If you want to play the game on Mac, I suggest to try the Steam version. Try the demo first to see if it works before buying it.

I must say, what an amazing demo! You captured the classic PS1 era of horror perfectly and had me so excited recording it that I went ahead and bought the whole game~!
I made an account here just to comment: this game is so amazing! It's easy to tell that this game has a lot of work and thought put into it, and I just love the overall "vibe" of this game. Aesthetically and gameplay wise, Alisa is exactly what I've been looking for.
(My only concern [not actually, I think I'm just dumb lol] are the swimming enemies in the maze. I don't know how to escape them when they grab, and I can't find any answers online. Any assistance would be much appreciated!!)
I'm glad you like it! : D for the grabs, you have to mash all buttons rapidly (or keys if playing with keyboard). The Hydra Suit will help you break out of a grab faster too.
I love games like Resident Evil. Excellent soundtrack, user-friendly interface and controls. The developer has obviously tried hard on the game and it is made with love
After the NG+ cleared,I noticed the enemy's HP or defense is growing.They could stand more attack before beat down,it became quite obvious at NG+4.Is there a limit? At what time the enemy will stop enhancing?

Maybe I have to give up,still can't find the crossbow.I noticed a barricade in the courtyard outside,but got no way to open it.3 control panels can not remove that barricade. Maybe the crossbow is in there?
At last, I got the crossbow!IT is hidden so well,but is not good to use.It just for one shot,and the reload is quite slow.BUT the arrows will stick to the enemy's body is very real.The weapons I like in this game are the machine gun and military shotgun. Gatling gun is very powerful,but could not use much.
Here's another question,there are arrows sold in the shops .What weapon can use the arrows? I have bought all the weapons in the shops ,but found no one can use the arrows

the full version has been out for a while! you can get it here or on Steam, GOG or consoles : )

standard keyboard controls are:
Enter: start/menu/submit
Escape: pause menu/skip
Ctrl: action
Shift: run/reload
R: reload
Space: aim/ready weapon
Tab: change weapon
Arrow buttons: move
you can change the controls in the button config menu. But it's flimsy... So, be careful.

ALISA equips Gatling gun to defeat the final boss is the tribute image to the resident evil 2 remake's Claire to defeat G4, right? very intersting.
